Beautiful, oxygen-deprived pics of ADR1FT

I'm not sure virtual reality headsets, as a whole, have a killer app yet. But for me, ADR1FT might be it. It's a first-person adventure—some might say "walking simulator" if it weren't more of a "spacewalking simulator"—that takes place on a busted-up space station. Finding oxygen amidst your dead crew and your wrecked station is the crux of the gameplay. Well, that, and getting home safely. I'm guessing "burning up in atmo" is one possible ending, but not the one that gets you good grades.

Dead End Thrills took its in-game camera and snapped a bunch of photos. I love the NASA aesthetic that's made such a great comeback in recent sci-fi. And these screens have a good way of conveying how big, how small, how solid, and how breakable our efforts are in outer space. Visit Dead End Thrills for the entire Walkabout Series. Below is just a snippet.

ADR1FT launched on PC on March 28. It's coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One sometime this year (hope hope hope).
