This week on May 21st, Wadjet Eye Games will release a retro-styled cyberpunk adventure for PC called Technobabylon. In the game, CEL agents Charlie and Max are investigating a serial Mindjacker who's killing seemingly ordinary citizens by tapping into their neural wiring and stealing their knowledge. They think they found the Mindjacker's next target but Charlie's past starts to haunt him and now he and max end up on opposite sides of the law with their possible next target caught in the middle.
If you'd like to check the game out now, there's a demo available on Steam for download. You can also preorder the game via their website and GOG.com.

City of Newton, 2087. CEL agents Charlie Regis and Max Lao are investigating a serial Mindjacker who is tapping into the neural wiring of seemingly ordinary citizens, stealing their knowledge and leaving them dead. An agoraphobic net addict named Latha Sesame might be the next target. But when Charlie's past comes back to haunt him, he and his partner find themselves on opposite sides of the law, with Latha's fate in the crossfire. All three of these characters are introduced in the demo, and you'll get to play as two of them.
