KontrolFreek now available at Best Buy
KontrolFreek has been offering their line of thumbstick covers and other controller enhancements for a few years now, but they've mostly been an online-only presence for that time. Now they'll be arriving in retail for the first time at Best Buy. The initial products available include the FPS Freek Phantom, the GamerPack Vortex for the Xbox One and the GamerPack Signature for the PS4.
These relatively inexpensive stick covers can add some extra grip and precision if the Xbox One's knurled rubber surfacing isn't to your liking or the PS4's symmetrical sticks cramp your hands. I just have one question, though: why weren't these things around when the N64 control stick was grinding away my thumbprint?!
