Long time reader of this site may be aware of my love for BioWare. Knights of the Old Republic, Jade Empire, Dragon Age, Mass Effect - those are all in the conversation that starts with "what's your favorite game of all time."
Starting today, there's maybe one more game to I'll have to add to that list. BioWare has sent out teasers for their newest IP called, apparently, Nightmare. At this point the only thing known about the game is that, based on the teaser trailer, is that it's set during modern times. That is a huge departure for BioWare. The teaser doesn't give much else away. There's a guy dreaming, a car (maybe hinting at a GTA-style open-world game), and a dude in a hoodie with a glowing face.
We know nothing else - no genre, no systems, and no release window - so pop some popcorn, pull up a chair, and get ready to watch BioWare unspool their newest IP over the course of the coming months and/or years.
