Okay, now, this looks good. Sounds good, rather. This is the "War Room" mode of upcoming Xbox One strategic title There Came an Echo. (Sweet title, too, by the way.) Even though it's in pre-alpha, Iridium Studios has nailed their proof of concept--and that's to make your isometric-view troops move smartly around the battlefield by voice commands.
Just watch these little guys in action and imagine the next XCOM operating this wonderfully as you shout nasty anti-alien insults into your mic.
