Xfire continues to up its (and your) game, this time with the introduction of video capture capabilities that'll undoubtedly give FRAPS a run for its money.  The money shots come from its (sort of) simple "scroll lock + V" keystroke to to fire up and shut down.  Most captivating, however, is Xfire Video's "Xfire Flashback," a TiVo-like function that allows you to go back and record footage five to ten seconds after it happened.  Plus, the amount of footage you can capture with Xfire Video is unlimited -- within ten-minute increments.
