Would you rent a game for $2 from Redbox?

You've probably seen their kiosks for DVDs in malls or supermarkets or other venues but how would you feel if they were filled with video games instead of movies? Redbox is looking at making games available in their easy to use rental vending machines and they are talking with video game developers in allowing them to do this.

The thing is, I don't know if I like the price. Currently, they are testing the system out for games with a price of $2 a day. I guess you can really make off on this one if you just wanted to go through the single player campaign of Modern Warfare 2, which can be completed in 5 hours or so. I guess I would have to think about it some more and maybe try it out a few times to see if  it is indeed a good price. Still, renting a game for a week that might get you through most of it if you do some solid game playing during that time would be a lot more cost efficient than buying it outright.

With Redbox talking to developers about this, at least they would be getting a cut of the profits whereas they get none now with game resellers. What do you guys think would be a good price to rent from Redbox?
