According to this
article on CNN, Verizon and EA have partnered up to offer EA's video games over Verizon’s new Vcast high speed data service. The initial launch will include
Madden 06,
Tiger Woods PGA Tour, and
NBA Live 06. This is just the initial launch grouping as EA is expected to have 15 to 20 mobile titles out by the end of the year.
Interesting to see EA finally rolling out some of their mobile games and I'm interested to see how they do in the market. I still think cell phone games are a generation or two out but it's interesting to see that the industries 800 lb gorilla is now releasing cell games.
