Inspired by their own machinima/music video mash-up ability, Ubisoft and GameTrailers.com are sponsoring a contest derived from the
Haze-Korn video. Beginning this past Tuesday and running through May 19, 2008, game enthusiasts and budding machinimators (is the term coined yet?) should go to the
user movie contest landing page on GameTrailers to be given access to exclusive materials to create their own
Haze-Korn video mash-up. The grand prize is a Sony 46" HDTV, a PS3, a customized Haze guitar signed by Korn, an amp, and $1,000. Second place snags a PS3 also, the entire collection of Korn CDs, Ubisoft's library of PS3 games, and $500. Third gets all of Korn's CDs and Ubisoft's PS3 library.
