Two Thrones Dated

Ubisoft sends word that Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones has gone gold and will be on shelves December 1st, 2005.  Those who pre-order the game will get a free soundtrack with music from all three games.  Not a bad deal for what looks to be the last game in the series.

Official launch date announced – December 1, 2005

Today, Ubisoft, one of the world’s largest video game publishers, announced that December 1, 2005 is the official North American launch date for Prince of Persia The Two Thrones. Reserve the PlayStation2 and Xbox versions of Prince of Persia The Two Thrones and get the official Prince of Persia trilogy soundtrack for free.  The soundtrack includes music from Prince of Persia The Sands of Time, Prince of Persia Warrior Within, and Prince of Persia The Two Thrones, along with a color artbook pamphlet and bonus downloads including an exclusive code to unlock a hidden sword in the game. Prince of Persia The Two Thrones  is rated “M” for Mature and will be released for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox video game system from Microsoft, the Nintendo GameCube and the PC-CD Rom.
