Ok, so the game doesn't have anything to do with David Lee Roth's post Van Halen hit, but Ubisoft will be publishing Paradise, an adventure game from Benoit Sokal. Benoit is known for Syberia, a game Tyler reviewed, and Paradise is his latest point and click adventure game.

 Ubisoft Takes Players to Paradise

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 2005--Today Ubisoft, one of the world's largest video game publishers, announces it will publish Paradise, the latest masterpiece from Benoit Sokal for PC, throughout North America.

Best known for the award-winning Syberia, Sokal gave new life to the adventure genre, with the critically acclaimed Syberia and Amerzone selling well over half a million copies each. The agreement with White Birds Productions marks the second time that Ubisoft will bring one of Sokal's immersive gaming experiences to players in North America.

A "point and click" adventure for casual gamers, Paradise has everything gamers have come to expect from Sokal's creations -- an amazing storyline, exquisite art direction and a realistic fantasy universe. Set in the heart of Africa, puzzles are combined with action gameplay, as a young woman crosses the continent to take a leopard back to Kilimanjaro, the place of his birth, encountering fabulous, unknown animals in the wilderness on the way.

Paradise will be available for PC in February 2006, with an anticipated rating of "E" for Everyone.
