Think the Nintendo eShop is lacking a bit? Looks like that'll change by the year's end.

Each week Jeremy Duff has been posting about the new stuff coming out for the Wii's and 3DS's eShops, Virtual Consoles, and what have you, and as I've been checking out some of the latest titles hitting the 3DS, they've been kind of hit and miss it seems with nothing too exciting.  Oh don't get me wrong, I love Dr. Mario (recent release) and it's actually my all-time favorite puzzle game, but sometimes I see the list of the latest digital Nintendo releases and just say "Meh".

Then I saw an article over on ScrewAttack.com that peaked my interest.  According to them, Nintendo released some info earlier this week about what's coming up later this year for the 3DS's online store, and the list is just amazing.  Now please keep in mind that this all came from ScrewAttack.com, and they listed their source as IGN, and I didn't see any other links over there, so take that for what it's worth, but I typically consider Screw Attack a pretty trustworthy site.  Plus...this list is just awesome!

3DS Retail Games Offered Digitally (October 19th on all titles):
  • Super Mario 3D Land
  • The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
  • Mario Kart 7
  • Star Fox 64 3D

3DS Game Demos (within the next few weeks):
  • Adventure Time: Hey Ice King!  Why'd you steal our garbage?!!
  • Disney Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion
  • LEGO The Lord of the Rings
  • Moshi Monsters: Moshlings Theme Park
  • Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

3DS Virtual Console:
  • Mario Golf (GBC): October 11th
  • Castlevania: The Adventure (GB): October 25th
  • Ninja Gaiden (NES): November 8th
  • Zelda II: The Adventure of Link (NES): November 22nd
  • Wario Land II (GBC): December 20th
  • Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels (NES/Famicom): December 27th

So...Castlevania: The Adventure, Ninja Gaiden, and SMB: The Lost Levels.  Um...yeah, Nintendo can just take my money now.
