The PC Gaming Alliance (remember those guys? The cadre that formed a year ago to fight the unofficial "PC gaming is dead!" movement?) have got a relaunched website at
. They've hammered out a hub that gathers their mission, introduces the board members, links to their Blogspot, and has a big Join button (membership dues run between $5,000 and $30,000) hovering just above an email interest button.
The PC Gaming Alliance (PCGA), the non-profit consortium created to be the Authoritative Voice of PC Gaming World Wide and promote the PC Gaming Industry and the PC as a gaming platform, is delighted to announce the launch of their new website, located at www.pcgamingalliance.org. The site provides a premier showcase and comprehensive overview of the PCGA and access to exclusive information about the group's charter, services and solutions for the PC Gaming Industry and consumers.
"Visitors to our website will see that the PCGA is the place that PC Gaming companies of all types can come together to collaborate to help solve problems that plague our industry, said Randy Stude, PCGA president and Intel director, Gaming Program Office. Our membership remains steadfast in the belief that this is vital to ensuring the continued growth and health of PC Gaming globally."
The new website conveys the relevant and important PC Gaming and PCGA news and information that members and non-members alike will find useful. It provides access to articles written by PCGA members exclusively for the PCGA website, the PCGA's official blog, and other PC Gaming industry articles.
The website sets out the PCGA's vision through a mixture of images and editorial content contained in five main sections including About, News and Events, Resources, Contact and Join. Its design appeals to the PC gaming community both in style and ease of navigation.
