The folks at Stardock have brought in some new blood to help their game development arm (fun tip: the Michigan company has an entire line of productivity software). That person is Derek Paxton who created and designed the Fall From Heaven fantasy strategy games and contributed to to Civilization IV:Beyond the Sword and Civilization V.
This is a good move for the company as Elemental has had more than its share of issues and bringing in a fresh set of eyes should help right the ship a bit.
