Spellforce 2 gets a patch and a new contest

Aspr has released a patch for Spellforce 2-Shadow Wars. The patch includes some bug fixes as well as a brand new map editor for those of you who like to create your own in game content. In conjunction with the map editor they are holding a contest to see who can come up with the best map. First place is a 7800GTX video card so you know they aren't messing around. Aspyr Media today announced that it has released a patch for SpellForce 2 – Shadow Wars that includes, among many other enhancements, a map editor. Spellforce 2 is the intriguing PC game that seamlessly blends RTS and RPG gameplay and features a class-free character system that offers numerous variations on a player’s strategy, giving the game high re-playability.
Fixes in the patch include:

A map editor allowing players to create their own custom levels!
Record and replay your multiplayer Skirmish matches.
Improved Storm movement
The Internet game lobby now shows more than 15 games at a time
Spellcasting units will no longer switch targets arbitrarily.
Running Xfire while trying to join a multiplayer game no longer causes the game to crash

Along with this patch release, Aspyr is running a map creation contest, where map creators can win big. The prizes are:
