CI Games has the first gameplay teaser for Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 up on their Youtube channel, and as you'd expect it includes the obligatory slow-mo headshot. It certainly looks better than the first game, which is to be expected in this industry of technology constantly marching on, but I hope the sequel's story and solo campaign are more fleshed out and satisfying as well.
