The Romantics have filed suit against Activation for making a version of their song "What I like about You" too good.
According to the report in the Detroit Free Press, the song that appears on
Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80's was legally recorded as a cover version per permission received, but the song sounds too much like The Romantics. Also included in the suit is Wavegroup Sound, which recorded the version in the game.
