While
Rock Band has somewhat had a social network via their own website they are going to change that come the release of
Rock Band Blitz as Harmonix will be releasing Rock Band World. Rock Band World will be a facebook companion application that allow players to compete against players all over the world. You can play alone, team up with friends or compete with the community to complete goals.

Rock Band World is a brand new full-featured companion application that will allow players to collaborate and compete with other
Rock Band fans using the world’s largest social network! Players can work alone, team up with friends, or band together with the
Rock Band community to complete Goals. Rockers can also directly challenge their friends (or rivals!) to Score Wars to see who’s got the best
Rock Band Blitz chops!
