My wife and I live in a one bedroom apartment that currently only has 1 TV. At current, I spend a good bit of my time in an effort to wrest control of the TV from her in order to game. Usually, that means I'm fighting against the evil menace of HGTV or the wedding advertisement channel also known as We TV. Even as we approach our 1 year anniversary, she continues to watch the wedding shows.
So it will be a nice change of pace when on October 19th, instead of trying to get her to turn off Backyard Rooms or Bridezilla, I'll be trying to get her to put down the Xbox controller so I can play some NHL 2011. Because it's a certainty that we'll be picking up Saw II: Flesh and Blood for the 360 on launch date. My wife is more addicted to the Saw franchise than she is to wedding shows or Regis and Kelly. And that's saying a lot.

KONAMI today announced that SAW II: Flesh & Blood will be available at retail stores nationwide on October 19 for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, just in time for the release of "Saw VII 3D", the seventh installment of the popular horror franchise from Lionsgate® and Twisted Pictures. The images reveal newly created deadly traps that challenge the player to think fast under pressure. Zombie Studios Producer, John Williamson, shares the vision for the game, "Just the silhouette of the character in the trap had to make the viewer uncomfortable. A look at the intense and detailed environments were also revealed to show the mysterious, detailed levels one can expect in this year's release.
SAW II: Flesh & Blood threatens sanity with new stomach-twisting traps and puzzles, more visceral combat, and an all-new storyline that takes place between the first and second movies.
