According to
Gamespot it looks like Red Octane is working with The ANT Commandoes to work out an amicable solution to their recent barrage of law suits. You might remember that The ANT Commandos have come up with a product that looks remarkably like Red Octane's Guitar Hero controller and Red Octane filed suit and was quickly counter sued by ANT. Hopefully they can work things out and avoid going to court as that would probably be good for both companies (although bad for their lawyers).
