Quake 4 v1.1 beta patch released

For those that play Quake 4, a v1.1 beta patch has been released. The patch adds voice support in multiplayer games as well as dual CPU/core support. You can grab the file from 3D Downloads, Gamer's Hell, and Worthplaying.
