Nintendo's 3DS Louvre tour coming to the eShop December 2nd

Last year Nintendo announced a partnership with the Louvre, one of the world's most famous museums, that would allow 3DS owners to take an interactive tour of the exhibits using their system. It was an interesting idea, but probably not something that many people had the chance to experience. Nintendo wants to change that with the launch of Nintendo 3DS Guide: Louvre, a virtual tour that you can download onto your 3DS to experience anywhere.

For $20 you get access to 600 pieces of art as well as 400 3D images of the museum. Your tour will also features tens of hours of audio commentary, and Nintendo plans to update the software whenever new pieces are available. $20 sounds a little steep, but it is way cheaper than a trip to Paris to see the museum in person. Check it out when it launches December 2nd.
