Nintendo downloads bring more Zombies Ate My Neighbors with the sequel

For the Wii this week in new Nintendo downloads are several casual-type games for social and family fun. Probably everyone you know is familiar with UNO (1,000 points), and still get excited to scream the name of the game in ultimate victory. Bittos+ (800 points) is back for Nintendo with a challenging puzzle experience of rotating and moving pieces to form squares. The I Spy games are still my favorite road trip games from my tiny years, and “Aha! I Found It!” Hidden Object Game (500 points) brings that fun back onto the Wii console.

The DSi continues the puzzle fun with NUMBER BATTLE (500 points), a Japanese board game involving feng shui. If puzzles aren’t your thing, you can look into AiRace: Tunnel (200 points), where you’ll be putting your maneuvering skills to the test aboard your aircraft while zipping through tunnels. Last on the DSiWare is Escapee GO! (200 points). Play as Claire as she fights enemies and her amnesia with her newly discovered powers of being able to sense her enemies close in.

Back from the SNES is Ghoul Patrol (800 points) on the Virtual Console. Nintendo already has its epic predecessor – Zombies Ate My Neighbors – covered on the Virtual Console, so it’s nice to have the option of the sequel now, as well. Think Night at the Museum, but in a library and ten times more enjoyable.
