2K Games has announced that NBA 2K13 will release on October 2, 2012 in North America, and October 5 internationally. Additionally, players who pre-order the next installment in the series will receive the Houston 2013 All Stars Game add-on.
The add-on will include All Star Game events such as:
-The Foot Locker 3-point Shootout
-The BBVA Rising Stars Challenge
-The Sprite Slam Dunk Contest, featuring pick-up-and-play controls
All three events will be feature both current and former all stars of the sport, and will include the 2013 All Star members once the teams are announced.
