Microsoft releases XNA Game Studio express

Have you ever wanted to develop games for the 360 but were limited by the lack of tools and a consistent framework?  Well Microsoft has a tool for you as they released XNA Game Studio Express today for free.  If you want to actually test your application on your 360 you'll have to either pony up $49 for a four month subscription or $99 for a one year subscription.  It's not a bad system and certainly a good way for wanna be game developers to get their feet wet.  Of course you'll have to know C#, the programming language behind the system but there are plenty of tutorials on the internet to get your started.
