Clearing a room like a boss is something that you see in movies and is presumably something actual special forces operators have to do; however, it's an activity that, outside of the
Rainbow Six series, is not handled well in videogames. Games like
Call of Duty and
Battlefield take the control of room-clearing away from you and make you a bystander while characters cooler than you do it. I hate that.
This new trailer for
Medal of Honor: Warfighter, as narrated by a real Seal Team 6 operator, is all about the point man and his role in infiltrating then clearing a structure. Hopefully room-clearing like a boss will be a player-controlled activity in
Medal of Honor: Warfighter.
