You have to hand it to the folks at Penny Arcade, they know how to put on a great show. Last year the team got Warren Spector to do the PAX Prime keynote and this year they've landed David Jaffe. I'm guessing the content will be just as good as Spector's but probably with a few more expletives.
Jaffe is known for his work on the first God of War game as well as his work on the Twisted Metal series (somehow Calling All Cars didn't make the press release).
As far as the rest of the show expect the usual suspects like Jonathan Coulton, Metroid Metal, Minibosses, and MC Frontalot along with newcomers Supercommuter and The Video Game Orchestra. Last show's surprise appearance by Duke Nukem Forever will be hard to top though but I'm sure it will still be a pretty kick ass event. Of course if you haven't bought passes by now you're kind of screwed as the show has already sold out.
