talks about how traffic is disrupted because of a silly fight between
two providers. Level 3 Communications Inc. is refusing to accept
traffic from Cogent Communications Group Inc. and it's affecting about
15-17% of the population. I can get to the site but Charles Husemann's
currently locked out and we're about 20 mins from each other.
