Holy crap! Okami on Wii!
Wow, dreams do come true. Fanboy ones at least. Even though visonary development house Clover Studios met an untimely demise, their masterpeice lives on. Capcom listened to the fans, and they're finally bringing Okami to the Wii. Fans of the stylistic, myth-based adventure always said the game would be a perfect fit for the Wii. The game's "celcestial brush" was awkward to control with the PS2 pad, but the Wii remote could make it feel natural. The game's Japanese woodblock art style will also fit in well with the Wii's somewhat eccentric game library. Okami is slated to hit Wii next spring, with Ready at Dawn Studios handling the transition. TheWiire.com broke the story, but I expect a full press release soon. This is one PS2 port I'm actually looking forward to.
