Hollywood Reporter is
saying they have sources that November 2nd might be the date the US sees the cheaper $499 PlayStation 3 without 2 USB ports, multi-card reader, and backwards compatibility. Why should you believe them? Well they did
get the date of the $50 price drop on the Xbox 360 right. Sounds like a good date to me as you'll be hitting the holiday season in a bit.
