February--a month pierced through the middle by Valentine's Day--has three track packs coming to Guitar Hero World Tour
- February 12: The Acoustic track pack. The world tour gets unplugged with these brilliantly undertoned renditions.
- Incubus: "Drive" (Still sounds produced by Everlast)
- The Shins: "New Slang" (Lifted from a classic guitar pop template, despite the title. Great, great track.)
- Ryan Adams: "Wonderwall" (This one's better than Oasis's original. This one will get you.)
- February 19: Wings pack. All Paul McCartney. "Band on the Run" and "Jet" are my personal picks out of these.
- "Band on the Run"
- "Junior's Farm"
- "Hi Hi Hi" (No, he's not saying 'Hello' in this one.)
- February 26: Bob Seger pack. You guessed it. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee. Enough said.
- "Old Time Rock and Roll"
- "Her Strut"
- "Get out of Denver" (A live recording)
I'm already completely enamored with The Acoustic pack.
