Like the spoiled child or self centered ex-girlfriend, NC Soft reminded everyone today that it's Guild Wars
birthday this week. The game turns four (which is like 32 in MMO yearS) and instead of asking for expensive gifts or attention the folks at NC Softt are actually hosting a few in game parties and releasing some new content
for it's players.
The game has sold over six million copies since it was launched and is the standard bearer for the non-subscription MMO market. While it doesn't quite have the numbers that World of Warcraft
it's still an impressive niche that they've carved out of the market.
