Vivendi sends word that they will be releasing a one level singeplayer demo for their game F.E.A.R.

LOS ANGELES, CA - (August 2nd , 2005) â€“ Vivendi Universal Games announced today that the single player demo for the eagerly anticipated, award winning PC title F.E.A.R. â„¢ (First Encounter Assault and Recon) will be released globally on â€œF.E.A.R. Friday,â€ August 5th, 2005.
Developed by Monolith Productions, F.E.A.R. is an intense first person close-quarters combat experience with rich atmosphere and an engaging, paranormal horror storyline. Already named â€˜Best Action Game of E3 2005â€™ by the E3Critics, F.E.A.R has been called â€˜Vivendiâ€™s classic-in-the-makingâ€™ and â€˜the PCâ€™s top shooterâ€™ by PC Gamer (September 2005).
The single player demo features one level, combining intense and exhilarating action and pulse-quickening paranormal chills, giving players a true taste of what F.E.A.R holds in store for them this fall.
