Is “Xrd” even a word? Nonetheless, Arc System Works is ready to put an end to the revisions of the Guilty Gear XX series and move onto the a new, original entry in the franchise. Say hello to Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-!
The game has been announced as being in development for the Japanese arcades but you know that console (and perhaps portable) versions aren’t far behind. This is a an entirely new and original game, taking the series forward. The game being developed in conjunction with the celebration of Arc’s 25 anniversary. Other than these small details, information about the game is incredibly sparse at this time. All that we have is a brief glimpse in the announcement trailer below, but I think that we can all agree that the series looks as gorgeous as ever.
