Launching November 19, the EVE Online: Rubicon expansion marks the twentieth free expansion pack for the sci-fi MMO in 10 years. That's a pretty impressive run, I don't care who you are. A lot is going into this expansion, and not all of it is geared toward newbies, so you're forgiven if some of this stuff doesn't make sense at first. It's never as simple as "new mounts!" or "higher level cap!" when EVE expands its gameplay. But this video, part one of two, attempts to break down what's coming up, and it shows off the hammy sense of humor that's taking greater prevalence at developer CCP.
