Dragon Age: Origins for PC delayed

BioWare (EA developer) announced yesterday that Dragon Age: Origins would be delayed until later in 2009 when the console version of the game will be hitting. This is the second title that EA announced yesterday would be delayed. The game is the spiritual successor to the Baldur's Gate series, and according to the release will feature "deep character customization and roleplaying, morally challenging decisions, tactical party-based combat, and a wealth of gritty, mature sub-plots..." BioWare Announces New Release Date for Dragon Age: Origins PC

EDMONTON, Alberta --(Business Wire)-- Feb 03, 2009 Leading video game developer BioWare™, a division of Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS), today announced that the release of Dragon Age™: Origins on PC has been rescheduled to the last half of 2009 from the previously announced early 2009 release date, coinciding with the release of the console versions of Dragon Age: Origins.
