More On: Battlefield: Bad Company
On August 7th, Battlefield: Bad Company is getting a new free mode in Conquest. Like the Battlefield 1942 mode, you try to deplete the other team's tickets through killing or capturing points. There will be four maps for you to play with and it will be released on both the 360 and PS3 this Thursday. I'm glad to see EA putting this out for free instead of trying to nickle and dime folks.
On August 7th, Battlefield: Bad Company™ players worldwide will get to experience the intense rush as they tackle online play in a whole new way with Conquest mode that will be released as a free download for the PLAYSTATION®3 and Xbox 360™.

Made famous by Battlefield 1942™, Conquest mode pits players against each other in a fast paced battle to eliminate the opposing team’s tickets. Players deplete their opponent’s tickets by one point per kill and can cause their opponent’s tickets to spiral downwards by capturing control points. Four maps that are currently available for online play in Gold Rush mode will be available to conquer with Conquest mode
