In an interesting move the folks at NC Soft are now allowing you to
buy Respecs (re-allocation of powers) in
City of Heroes. This allows you to instantly correct poor decisions you made earlier in the character creation process. You can still get Respecs in the game for free but this makes it easy for those who are too lazy to complete the missions in the game that allow you to get it for free.
