Chip to blame for 360 shortage

Gamecloud has a link to an interview with Steve Balmer in the Ottawa Sun where he indicates that one of the reasons there aren't enough 360's on the market is due to them not getting the expected chips yields during manufacturing.  I guess this makes sense but you would think that Microsoft would have had that worked out before they started manufacturing the systems.
