Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt Day 4: Rouf

For today's Borderlands 2 Loot Hunt target, you'll have to venture deep into Southpaw Steam and Power to take out the final Assassin, Rouf.  Admittedly I did this on Normal mode as I really dislike Southpaw Steam and Power for the most part.  However, I might go back through on TVHM to see if I can get a better version of The Emperor SMG.  Once you have The Emperor, help the community take down 1,000,000 GUN Loaders...you know, those annoying big yellow robots that seem to just fly in from out of nowhere?
