Ubisoft and Demiurge Studios have released a behind the scenes video for Shoot Many Robots that showcases some of the engine's various render modes for development purposes. From the default visual style to one that only renders lights and another that is simply an outline mode, they are quite impressive features of the game's engine. By accident, one render mode was discovered by developers to mirror the aesthetics of Limbo. I feel as this game is being overlooked by many and hope that changes closer to its release. I've been missing some robot love in past games, Shoot Many Robots looks like it will nicely satisfy my hunger for mechanical destruction.
Shoot Many Robots will be available in early 2012 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
