Steve Ballmer will once again be kicking off CES with a pre-show keynote, the CEA announced today. It's not really that much of a surprise as he's done it the last few years.
It will be interesting to see how much of a role Kinect
plays in the show this year as it will be just after the holiday season and Microsoft might use the time to introduce more games and plans for the Kinect technology. Maybe we'll even see more of Milo at the show.
I'm also guessing we'll get a heaping of news about Windows Mobile Phone 7 (which has Xbox Live built in) and a few other gaming tidbits but I'd temper my expectations as Microsoft hasn't really used the show for gaming related announcements.
