Bizzare Creations has released a new 3D screenshot from
Project Gotham Racing 3 which you can check out
here.
I'm not sure about the color scheme of the car but the animations of
the crowd look good as do the buildings in the background. The
only thing that kind of bugged me was the not quite round lenses for
the bottom two headlights of the car (something I don't think you'll
really notice in the game).
