2K games has released a new trailer for their upcoming shooter
Spec Ops: The Line, which you can watch below. The game, which is due out on June 26 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, thrusts you into the aftermath of a series of devastating events in Dubai. It will be up to you and your team to figure out just what happened in the Middle Eastern state .
The game is actually a modern adaptation of Conrad’s Heart of Darkness, applying the concepts of the classic novel to modern situations. Even though we are months from the game’s release, it has already been banned in the United Arab Emirates. The content of the game definitely looks a bit dark judging by the footage below, but it also looks amazingly interesting:
