The Capcom blog (which is becoming one of the best company blogs out there) has a list of all the games they are going to be showing at E3. Outside of some new mobile games here`s the full list of titles that will be on display:

Street Fighter IV
Resident Evil 5
Dark Void
Bionic Commando
Mega Man 9
MotoGP `08
Neopets Puzzle Adventure
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix
Plunder
Bionic Commando Rearmed

They`ll also be showing off Flock, a new super-secret project. Capcom is my last appointment on Wednesday and while I know Cyril is drooling over the Bionic Commando games I`m looking forward to seeing Dark Void in person to see if the game screws with my sense of up and down as much as the trailer did.

Flock, eh? So what is Flock? Well, I suspect that Flock isn't the actual name, it's a "code name" that they are using so that they won't spoil some huge announcement. So, assuming I'm right so far, let's figure this out. Here is how the Dictionary defines a "flock" ...

flock - noun
1. a number of animals of one kind, esp. sheep, goats, or birds, that keep or feed together or are herded together.
2. a large number of people; crowd.

The second clue is what Capcom said: "A surprising take on a next-gen favorite."

Okay, so far so good. I'm assuming this game isn't going to be about a bunch of animals (since none of their recent games fit that criteria). I'm also assuming it's not an old school game resurrected, since they say it's an old school favorite. So, giving this information, what is a game that uses "a large number of people; crowd"?

Two words: Dead Rising!

It is one of their recent hits and it would be silly for them not to make some sort of sequel. The original game came out two years ago ... and only on the Xbox 360. Seems like the perfect time to announce Dead Rising 2 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. After all, the game is about a large flock of zombies. It's also the only recent game that makes sense. It's not like any of their other games are about large crowds. So that's my guess, and I'm 95% sure that I'm right. Flock IS Dead Rising 2, no doubt about it!

If they can put in co-op online I'm all there. I skipped the first one after playing the demo and a few times over at Chuckies.

You missed out on one of the best games on the Xbox 360. It doesn't hit you at first, but once you've leveled your character up and know exactly what you're doing it really becomes amazing. Co-op would make it better, but even without it the first game isn't worth skipping.
