The long wait is almost over as Atari announced today that Alone in the Dark has gone gold and will be shipping to stores on June 24th here in the US and June 20th in Europe. The original game was one of the first true survival horror games and I still remember playing the game on my old 386 when I graduated from High School. While the horror and the graphics look good, I`m interested to see how the DVD chapter system that allows you to play the game in a non-linear fashion works.
