The Championship Gaming Series has launched a Pro Am division for those of us who just can`t seem to get sponsored. CGS Pro Am will launch this August and the competitions will take place on the CGS game servers and two finalists from each region will receive top seeding and travel packages to the CGS 2009 North American Combine. Right now only gamers from North America and Europe will be able to compete but I wouldn`t be surprised if the Pro Am was expanded to include other continents next year. Did I mention that competitors will be playing Counter Strike and Team Fortress 2? I didn`t? Well silly me.
