Elliot Bonnie - Staff Writer/The Arbiter This weekend I think I`ll hop in my Pontiac, head over to the grocery where I can pick up some Gamer Fuel, and then watch the Halo 3 stock car pwn the competition in the Dover 400. I`m just kidding, I don`t drive a Pontiac... but I will play some Halo, Gears of War, and hopefully a little Crimson Skies.
Sean Colleli - Staff Writer/Weird Bird thing Although my Metroid Corruption is complete, my PS2 corruption just keeps spreading. I picked up GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas for about $30, and so far I`m kinda bored. I`m guessing they were more novel before sandbox games became the new Doom clone, but I think they`re a bit frustrating. I honestly had more fun with True Crime NY, despite its numerous bugs.
Randy Kalista - Staff Writer/Forerunner Project Sylpheed`s charm is ebbing since it refuses to jump the tracks at any point -- There`s something intrinsically wrong with the infinite directions of outer space being confined to missions built on a one-way street. At least my chipping game is spot-on in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08. There`s nothing more golden than pitching one in from the rough outside the green, hitting the flag, and hearing it drop in the cup. A "Pole Dancer" achievement? Brilliant.
Matt Mirkovich - Staff Writer/Grunt So Persona 3 is finally done. Maybe some day I`ll play it again on a retail build so when FES comes out I`ll be on the right track. Outside of that I`ve been logging hours in Warcra... I mean Heroes of Mana. Once that and Soul Nomad are complete I can move on to Eternal Sonata. I`ve also got Skate. on the way, and I am so looking forward to that. Not since Thrasher: Skate and Destroy have a loved a skateboarding game, so this is good times for me.
Shawn Sines- Staff Writer/Sarge This week I`m playing a unable to be named RTS, I`ll be playing a certain 3rd video game from some small independent studio named after a stretch cord once my review copy arrives Saturday and probably not much else in order to get the review done quickly - aren`t deadlines great?.
Cyril Lachel - Senior Staff Writer/Brute With so many big games coming out this weekend I figure that it`s about time to finish up with a few of the smaller games so that I can get caught up with reviews. For the last week or so I`ve been working my way through the phenomenal new game from D3, Dead Head Fred. After Puzzle Quest and PQ2: Practical Quotient 2, D3 is definitely one company to watch. I`m also planning on busting through as much of Dungeons & Dragons Tactics as I possibly can. I just finished playing some 30 hours of Jeanne D`Arc, so I`m hoping that Level 5`s tactical RPG won`t affect my enjoyment of Atari`s newest adventure game. I also need to finally wrap up my review of Taito Legends Power-Up, I`ve had it on my desk since PAX and there`s no reason why I can`t write a review for this competent classic game collection. I plan on getting all of this stuff done this weekend because next week I`m going to be stuck playing through Blue Dragon and Halo 3.
Tyler Sager - Senior Staff Writer/Hunter I`ll be busy checking out a few new games for review, Galactic Assault: Prisoner of Power and Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened. Both are pretty fun so far, but I haven`t worked my way deeply into either one of them. Of course, if the weather cooperates, my gaming will be taking a backseat to the dreaded "chores"...
Charles Husemann - Editor In Chief/Brute This week my main goal is to wrap up Heavenly Sword. I finally managed to get passed Whiptail this week and I think with a little effort I can finish off Kai and Naraku`s Excellent Adventure. I`ll probably also spend more time setting up defenses in the basement of 2Fort in Team Fortress 2 as well.
