Even though the game has been out for some time, Halo 3 has picked up one more award, this time outside of the normal Video Game channels. The award is the 2008 TEC Outstanding Creative Achievement award for Interactive Entertainment Sound Production by the Mix Foundation for Excellence in Audio. The creative team for Halo 3 beat out stiff competition from The Orange Box, Uncharted: Drake`s Fortune, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and BioShock to win. Last year the award was picked up by the team behind Tomb Raider: Legend.
