Having a first person shooter go the international route in playing other characters isn't something new. While the first Medal of Honor game only featured U.S. Tier 1 soldiers,
Medal of Honor Warfighter's going to have special forces from various other countries as well.
Below is the trailer showing off some of the single player gameplay. Judging from what we see, it's hard to tell how much of an upgrade the graphics are, but you can count on those cinematic events taking place again it seems. Word is the story's written by several real life soldiers, so expect to see some very harsh realities of war. Whether that's going to be emotional to the player or offensive, time will tell.
The game ships October 23, so it will be available in your hands a week before Halloween.
